Visit to the Greek pilot area in Naoussa, Greece for soil sampling and monitoring the two composts prepared in winter.
For composts production, the team of the Benaki Phytopathological Institute used winery wastes, manure and straw. Zeolite up to 2% was added to the one of the two composts.
After analysis it was revealed that both composts are of very good quality and nutritional status, with the one with zeolite being superior, as regard electrical conductivity and nutrients content.
Both composts are now at the maturity phase.
